通过以下步骤,自动衍生待分析样品

1、mbtfa (n-甲基二(三氟乙酰胺)) 衍生剂以及待分析的样品溶液被吸入到进样针中。
2、进样,在进样口处挥发并导入进色谱柱入口端。
3、待分析的组分进入色谱柱后,注射mbtfa衍生剂。
4、待分析的组分在色谱柱中衍生,然后衍生物进行gc/ms分析。

应用实例:通过柱上衍生gc-ms进行尿样分析

尿样处理如下图所示。从1号尿样中测出甲基苯丙胺(ma)的tfa衍生物及其代谢物苯异丙胺(ap)。从2号尿样中测出mdma及其代谢物mda、hmma的tfa衍生物以及甲基苯丙胺和苯异丙胺的痕量tfa衍生物。通过该项技术,衍生化的过程被简化,分析效率得到提高;而且,苯异丙胺、甲基苯丙胺及其类似组分以更高的灵敏度被检测出来。
